Permission/Registration Form

If your son is going to camp next week and you have NOT gotten a permission/registration paper, please email me at westlakethunderfootball@gmail.com so I can send you one.

Also remember this camp is a full contact camp so the boys must have a mouthpiece. Make sure it is not clear and has color.
